STEP 1: PRAYERFULLY PLAN
Prayerfully set a SPIRITUAL RHYTHM and GOALS for a season or the year.

Habits you’ll build to love God and love others well.

GOALS
Achievements or lifestyle changes you’ll pursue
based on God’s leading.
STEP 2: MAKE IT ACTIONABLE
Break your plan into SMALLER GOALS, HABITS and ACTION STEPS for each month, week or day.
MONTHLY FOCUS PLAN
Turn seasonal or annual plans into
bite-sized goals each month .
(called Quarterly Breakdown in our undated goal journal.)
WEEKLY PLAN
Break monthly plans into habits and action steps
you can schedule each week.
STEP 3: REVIEW & REFRESH
REFLECT regularly so you can thank God, celebrate progress, and REFRESH your focus for the future.
